As a PMI-PMP Certified Project Manager by design and a Rope Access Technician and supervisor by nature, I have been able to be responsible for project SOW (Scopes of Work) in excess of 10 million and successfully negotiate, Initialize, Plan, execute, and close projects within budget and time constraints. I have also been leading and managing projects within some of the most exotic and inaccessible destinations on the planet. Some of these projects require risk management so crucial to the lives and well-being of the team and successful project close. ​​​​​​​
